The subscription is a fixed monthly fee: we build the site, host it and maintain it for as long as you subscribe. A custom build is quoted and paid once, and suits a larger or more particular scope. Same standard, two routes to it.
A custom build is yours outright once it is paid for: the code, the content and every login. On the subscription we handle hosting and maintenance while it runs, and your content is always yours. We go through the exact terms with you before you sign, so nothing is a surprise later.
The website subscription has a twelve month minimum and can be cancelled any time after that. It is written on the card itself, not in the small print.
On chat we do not bill you for extra conversations. If you go past the allowance regularly we offer you the next tier at renewal. Voice minutes beyond your allowance are charged at 45 kr per minute, and that rate is printed on the card.
No. Our fee covers the work: the content, the setup and the management. What goes to Meta and Google you pay them directly, so you can see exactly what buys reach and what buys work.
